Alarm Response and Keyholding Service

The reason that Linden Security Group offer a keyholding service is to stop your employees or management team being called out in the middle of the night to respond to an alarm that has been activated at your business premises.

A keyholding service prevents your employees and management team potentially entering a dangerous situation at your premises where they could potentially be confronting intruders.

Keyholding also prevents your employees having to remain on your business premises after a break in whilst the building is made secure again.

When an alarm is activated our 24hr control centre is alerted and a mobile response unit is immediately dispatched. A full written report is available for your inspection after any incident.

Within the keyholding service we arrange boarding up and other work necessary to secure the building - giving you total peace of mind.

We hold the keys to your premises in a secure British Standard approved location for which there is an annual fee of £1 per day per location.
